Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced the Xbox One and PC pre-order bonuses for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. The PC version will have a level based pre-order system.

Those who pre-order Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Digital Edition or the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox One will receive two exclusive costumes; the Kirito SAO costume and Asuna SAO costume plus the silver assault rifle. Those who pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox one will receive The Kirito ALO costume, the Asuna ALO costume, as well as the shiny gold assault rifle along with the Season Pass, which comes with three separate DLC plus three exclusive and exciting weapons: the photon sword pink, the photon sword green, and the peculiar guitar launcher.

The PC pre-order bonuses for the PC digital Edition of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is similar to that of the Xbox One bonuses, but instead of getting them all, you need to complete three pre-order levels to receive all possible PC pre-order bonuses. The pre-order levels, which is similar to what Square Enix originally planned for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided before scrapping the idea, will give you the following content.

• The first level contains the Kirito SAO costume, the Asuna SAO costume, and the fancy silver assault rifle.
• The second level includes the Kirito ALO costume, the Asuna ALO costume, and also the gold assault rifle.
• The third level will earn you the exciting Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment, once it is released.

As you can see the first two levels are exactly like the pre-order bonuses for the Xbox One version, but the third level is unique to the PC version, which is a full priced game for free. At the time of writing this article, the pre-order level is sitting at 92% complete for the first reward. It will be interesting to see if Bandai Namco Entertainment continues with this level based pre-order system or decide to scrap it in an action similar to that of Square Enix in regards to Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’s pre-order system.
