Today, Xtra-vision Ireland has released a statement regarding the Xbox One pre-order controversy. The controversy related to the company only allowing people who purchased an additional Xbox One game to collect their pre-ordered console.

Xtra-vision announce store closures in Ireland and N. Ireland
