Get ready for E3 2014 as Microsoft kicks things off with the first E3 2014 press conference.

All times are in GMT.

17:30 – Microsoft’s E3 2014 press conference has begun.

17: 31 – Phil Spencer, head of Xbox kicks things off

17: 33 – According to Spencer they will only be showing games at the event.

17: 34 – Xbox will be getting all COD DLC first

17:35 – Now showing gameplay of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for Xbox One

17: 36 – definitely looks nice.

17:39 – Massive walking tanks, exoskeletons, futuristic looking environment. I’m liking it so far.

17:40 –  Drone rush!!!

17:40 – Lasers and smart grenades too. Although the game seems to like your standard Call of duty game.

17: 43 – Gameplay is wrapped up by a short trailer

17:44 – Dan Greenwalt of Turn 10 now takes the stage.

17:44 – Nurburgring will be released today on Forza Motorsport 5 for free

17:46 – Ralph Fulton, Playground Games appears to show off Forza Horizon 2.

17:47 – Forza Horizon 2 to be released on September 30th exclusively to Xbox xonsoles

18:00 – Insomniac Games’ show off some Sunset Overdrive, the game makes fun of modern FPs.

18:02 – Ted Price from Insomniac Games takes the stage to show off some Sunset Overdrive gameplay

18:04 – Game looks really colourful. Better than the usual greys and browns.

18:06- Sunset Overdrive to be released on Oct 28th exclusively to Xbox One

18:08 – Harmonics makes two announcements Disney Fantasia Music Evolved coming to Xbox One. Also Dance Central Spotlight

18:09 – Lion Head Studios takes the stage. They have brought some Fable Legends co-op gameplay

18:11 – You can play the villain in Fable Legends. The Villain sees the world as a tower defence game.

18:13 – How many bad jokes can you have in one video?

18:15 – Project Spark for Xbox and PC take the stage.

18:17 – It’s Conker!!! and he is just a character that appears in Project Spark.

18:18 – Moon Studios shows off Ori and the Blind Forest for Xbox One. Such an emotional looking game

18:20 – It is Halo time!!

18:20 – Bonnie Ross from 343 Industries takes the stage.

18:22 – Halo 5 is off searching for the truth of his past and future.

18:23 – Halo 1-4 Halo: The Master Chief Collection to be released on November 11, 2014 exclusive to Xbox One

18:24 – Dan Ayoub from 343 takes the stage.

18:25 – Halo 2 will get a HD upgrade. The game’s multiplayer will not be changed (apart from graphics)
