Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn coming to PlayStation 4
Square Enix has announced that their MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be released on the PlayStation 4 in 2014.
In the official Square-Enix press release, Naoki Yoshida, Producer & Director, had the following to say in regards to the PS4 announcement.
“The heart of everything we’re working towards is enabling players and their friends to experience their own rich Final Fantasy adventure,”
“The deeply integrated social capabilities of the PS4 will make it a natural home for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. The team and I are thrilled to continue our adventure on the next generation gaming platform, and we hope that you’ll join us!”
The PC and PlayStation 3 version of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn are both currently undergoing testing, with both versions due out on August 27th.
Along with the PlayStation 4 announcement, Square Enix released an E3 trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn called “Crystal’s Call”.
