Ubisoft to publish at least six games for Xbox One

On May 23, 2013 by Ash Meehan

Ubisoft has announced that it will be published at least six next-gen games for the Xbox One during the console’s first 12 months.

Ubisoft has revealed that Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Watch Dogs will be two of the six games available for Xbox One. Both these games will be released on the new Microsoft console later this year.

Ubisoft has not named the other four games, but in their press release they said the following.

In addition to Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Watch Dogs, Ubisoft will deliver a mix of new episodes of existing franchises, new IPs and digital titles for Xbox One within the system’s first 12 months on the market.

Fortunately we will not have to wait too long to find out what some of the other next-gen games are. As Ubisoft has stated that they will be giving information about their next-gen games during their (Ubisoft’s) E3 press conference next month.
