Arkalis Interactive, the company behind the mobile games, Stargate Command has officially announced their next Stargate game, Stargate SG1 Unleashed. The new game will be released in March 2013 for iOS and Android.

The announcement didn’t come as much as a surprise as Arkalis Interactive and the former cast of Stargate SG1 tweeted about and published Facebook posts about the game.

While Arkalis Interactive hasn’t released much information on the game, they did reveal that it would be an episodic interactive adventure game, and that episode 1 will be released in March 2013 for iOS and Android devices.

The release date and official announcement was accompanied by a CGI teaser which showed off SG1’s Teal’c, Jack, Sam and Daniel, and a powerful Goa’uld looking at the Earth.
