The game and its name were officially revealed by Richard Dean Anderson last Monday via his personal website.
On his website he confirmed the hints from Amanda and Michael that they were working on a Stargate project where true “….a new Stargate project, an SG-1 app game with the tag “Stargate Unleased”.
Arkalis Interactive also confirmed they were working on a new Stargate by posting a photo of Michael Shanks doing some recording with an image of the game in background on their official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1240254&l=2700ef3ecf&id=317988974933682.
Stargate Unleashed like Stargate Command will be an official Stargate game as MGM the owners of the Stargate license are backing the game.
At present there is no information about what the game is about or what platform it is on, but it is likely that the game will be on mobile devices as Arkalis is a mobile game development house.
