So apparently there are dragons in World of Warplanes according a press released by wargaming.net. I must say wargaming.net really did a good job with this early April fool’s day joke and did make me chuckle a bit.

Wargaming.net didn’t skim on any work delivering a rather fun April fool’s day as they released a trailer, screenshots, renders and more to go along with the joke.

Wargaming.net CEO, Victor Kislyi joined in on the fun by talking about the development of the dragons in the game by saying “Dragons are so different from planes; they are much more edgy and self-willed, but if you put in just a little more effort, they will serve you well. I’m happy we’ve finally announced them!”

It is good to see developers have some fun coming up to and on April fool’s day. I do have to admit though wargaming.net did fool me and I had a nice laugh about it, good job to all the developers who put the work into the prank.
