Square Enix and Marvel announces Avengers game
Today, Square Enix and Marvel have announced an Avengers game, the first in a multi-game partnership between the two companies.
The announcement was made, via Square Enix’s official twitter, with the tweet stating, “Big News: @SquareEnix and @Marvel announce a multi-game partnership leading with The Avengers project. #Reassemble” The tweet also included a promo video revealing that Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal will be involved in at least the first game in the partnership. Crystal Dynamics is known for their work on Tomb Raider, while Eidos Montreal is known for their work on the Deus Ex franchise.
