SG Gaming Info will be at Gamescom from August 17th to 21st, while at Gamescom, SG Gaming Info will primarily be conducting interviews as well as getting some hands-on time with several unreleased titles. Currently, my schedule is pretty packed for Wednesday to Friday with SG Gaming Info looking at and playing various games from companies of all shapes and sizes. The convention will also mark my first time trying out VR games, something which I’m both excited and apprehensive about.

When I’m not working in the convention halls I’ll be at one or two external events, well one event. The event I’ll be attending is the Legion café opening Celebration. This event is a Blizzard Entertainment operated event and is built around World of Warcraft’s next expansion, Legion.

So, how will SG Gaming Info cover the event? When I’m in Germany the majority of the coverage will consist of publishing hands-on previews and interviews. These will both be in written only formats, but when I return to Ireland video versions of previews will be created. Besides writing up hands-on previews and interviews, I am considering doing daily VLOGs to talk about the convention. The VLOGs aren’t a 100% certainty as they depend on of my hotel’s wi-fi and if I believe there is something interesting to say.
