Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, which is supposedly set to be the most expansive and comprehensive Dragon Ball video game to date.

Not much information was made available, apart from the announcement trailer talking about experiencing the past, future, and outcomes you wished were different in the Dragon Ball universe.

The only big mention in the game’s announcement press release was Hervé Hoerdt, VP of Marketing & Digital at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe, talking about how popular the first Xenoverse was and how they hope to build on it with Xenoverse 2.

“As the franchise is celebrating its 30th Anniversary, Dragon Ball games are a fan-favorite within BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment’s huge videogame portfolio and DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 will surely build upon that illustrious legacy. The first DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE game was a massive success and allowed millions of players to fulfil one of their dreams: have their own avatar and character in the DRAGON BALL universe!
