Merry Christmas from SG Gaming Info

With Christmas Day just a few short days away, I want to reflect on the year and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

2015 has been an interesting year for the site, this year saw SG Gaming Info expand into the video landscape with video reviews and opinion pieces on our YouTube Channel, and of course, SG Gaming Info’s parent company, Still Good Media was revealed. While the year was positive from the company’s perspective, personally 2015 has been a rollercoaster ride. As those who follow the site’s Facebook and Twitter pages are likely, aware I haven’t had the healthiest of years, I’ve been in and out of the hospital for check-ups and due to the bouts of pain that I frequently encountered throughout the year, my work was severally affected. Thankfully, I am slowly on the mend I no longer struggle to hold a controller and my other health issues have diminished, but unfortunately, I have more check-ups next year, one of which involves me getting shocked and poked (really not looking forward to that).

With 2015 winding down what, will 2016 be like? With 2016 I am hoping to produce a lot more content both in terms of written and video reviews and opinion pieces, I’m also exploring ways for you the reader to get involved in the site, as several of you have expressed interest in doing some work for the site. Finally, I am hoping to do some more convention coverage in 2016 as I hope to attend a large video game convention.

Now for Christmas week and a few days after I will be taking a short break to recharge the batteries and to finally follow my doctor’s advice of relaxing (relaxing and I have never gotten along).

Therefore, I end this Christmas wrap up by wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
