Hi everyone, Aaron from SG Gaming Info here. I just want to extend my Christmas and New Years greeting to you the readers, because without you this website wouldn’t exist.

2013 has been a pretty crazy year for me personally. I completed my Higher National Diploma in Journalism, a course that was incredibly helpful to me, and it also helped me to discover the fact I love radio production. Of course the year hasn’t been all smooth sailing, as a few weeks ago I had to visit my GP with agonising chest pains that prevented me from writing, luckily my worst fears didn’t come to pass and after a check up and a brief visit to the hospital the issue was relatively minor, an inflamed muscle in my chest (unfortunately I’m still not 100%).

As for the site, 2013 was a good year, as I managed to find the time to be more active on the site, as I managing to write the largest number of reviews in a year to date. In 2014 I hope to increase the number of reviews, and I am tossing around the idea of doing video reviews, although nothing is set in stone.

As the year is ending I want to say thank you to the following. Thank you to The Arcade for inviting me to their convention ArcadeCon, the convention was brilliant and Declan and the rest of the staff were amazing. Thank you to the various PR and video game companies that I did business with throughout the year, without them I doubt I would be able to deliver as many reviews as I did throughout the year. Lastly and most importantly I have to thank you the readers, you are the most important part of the site because without you this site would no longer exist. Also special shout out to two Irish gaming site: The Gaming Liberty and Game-Smack Ireland. Both sites are run by a great bunch of lads who have a great passion for video games.
