Eidos Montreal and Square Enix have released the first gameplay trailer for next year’s stealth focused, Thief.

Eidos and Square Enix have provided a short description of what is happening in the trailer.

Get your first in-game look at Garrett’s hideout, the dark alleys of the City, and your old friend and fence Basso. See all the pillars of Thief gameplay in action – Infiltration, Theft and Escape – as Garrett enters Baron Northcrest’s manor to steal the Heart of the Lion before making his escape.

Thief is the fourth game in the Thief. With the first game Thief: The Dark Project been released in 1998 and the last game, Thief: Deadly Shadows been released in 2004.

Thief will be released in Europe on February 28, 2014 on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
