Some good news for fans of the Stargate franchise as Arkalis Interactive has provide SG Gaming Info with an exclusive interview with Amanda Tapping and the release window for Stargate SG1: Unleashed episode 2.

In the exclusive interview Amanda Tapping, who played Colonel Samantha Carter in Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis, talks about video game scripts and how they differ from film and TV scripts, and how she thinks the game is a good way of bringing SG1 together again.

If an interview isn’t enough, we have more Stargate SG1: Unleashed information. Episode 2 will be released in November, with no exact date available yet but according to Arkalis Interactive it will be made public soon. The game will once again be released first on Apple devices with an Android version being released a few later.

Finally, Arkalis Interactive has told us that episode 2 will retail for US$4.99.
