Namco Bandai Games has announced that JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle, an action-fighting game from CyberConnect 2 will be released on the PS3 in Europe, Australia and North America in 2014.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is a popular Japanese manga which was first released in 1987. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure counts the story of Jonathan Joestar’s cursed family; the manga covers the adventures of several generations and their Nemesis; each part of the series focuses on a descendant and has its fair share of belligerents.

The game’s developer CyberConnect 2, who are best known for their anime-based fighting game series Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja. CyberConnect 2 will be keeping the spirit of the manga series alive with JoJo-esque features which include: Battle Styles, Heart Heat Gauge etc. Fans will fight with characters coming from all of 8 JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure chapters and fight some of the series most famous bosses such as Dio Brando, Enrico Pucci and more. This new game opens the door to eye-popping fights in beautifully drawn and animated places from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure universe!

To go along with today’s announcement Namco Bandai Games Europe released so five pieces of artwork related to the game.
