Become Cloud with Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII pre-order bonuses
Square Enix has announced the pre-order bonuses for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. The most prominent bonus is the iconic gear used by Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII.
Lightning will be able to wear and use Cloud’s Buster Sword and Soldier’s Band. To make Lightning more like Cloud, the bonus will include Cloud’s victory pose and fanfare. Square Enix has stated that specific abilities of the gear will be announced at a later date.
The Cloud content isn’t the only pre-order bonus. There is also the Lightning Samurai set. This set is themed around the samurai warriors each garb in this three-set collection offers unique looks and abilities. The set includes “Shogun”, “Sohei Savior” and “Flower of Battle” items.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be available on February 14, 2014 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
