GameStop has announced that 17 of their stores in Ireland will be open at midnight on Tuesday for the launch of Assassin’s Creed III.

The stores that will be open in the following locations: Patrick Street, Cork; Tallaght; Pavilions Swords; William St, Limerick; Navan; Waterford; Wexford; Scotch Hall, Drogheda; Dundalk; Letterkenny; Blackpool, Cork; Fairgreen Shopping Centre, Carlow; Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick, Newbridge; Henry Street, Dublin; Clonmel and Kilkenny.

Stores in Henry Street, Dublin; Patrick Street, Cork; William Street , Limerick; Pavilions, Swords and Kilkenny will be holding an Assassin’s Creed Ball for the stores midnight launch with a prize for best costume on the night.

UPDATE: According to the Facebook event page for the midnight openings, the GameStop store in Carlow will not be opening at midnight due to “ circumstances outside of our control.”
