Xbox 360 bringing TV to your console

Today, Microsoft announced it would be teaming up with some of the world’s leading entertainment channels to bring TV to your Xbox 360.

There are nearly 40 channels signed up for the online entertainment service for Xbox 360. Some of the channels include Bravo, HBO GO, BBC, SyFy and MediaSet.

Don Mattrick, president of the Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft said “Combining the world’s leading TV and entertainment providers with the power of Kinect for Xbox 360 and the intelligence of Bing voice search will make TV and entertainment more personal, social and effortless.”
