Bioware have revealed the newest player vs player warzone for Star Wars: The Old Republic called Voidstar which is an assault styled game.

The Warzone Voidstar takes place on an Imperial Battle Cruiser which was lost during the Great War, which is believed to have schematics to a powerful weapon.

The game is an attack and defense game with one faction defending and the other attacking. The attacking side must get through multiple sectors of the ship by blowing up blast doors and crossing elevated bridges.

To win the attacking side must get to the data center and download the information and for defenders to win they must stop them from progressing past the control points (this will likely mean it is a timed game or the attacking side has X about of respawns).

To give both teams an equal chance matches are split into rounds and the winner is determined by which team reached the data core the fastest, but if the defends win bith rounds then whoever gets the closest to the core wins.
