Ninjamurai combat system detailed

On June 30, 2011 by Ash Meehan

Today Limerick based company Open Emotion Studios has detailed the combat system for their PSP mini game Ninjamurai.

The combat system in Ninjamurai is all about choice where players can focus on the speed of their Ninja training forsaking combative abilities but giving them extra speed, stealth and jumping abilities.

The game gives you a choice of 2 stances which are the combat stance and the speed stance. If you use the speed stance is for those who like to stay to the shadows and have stealth as you can double jump and use stealth to sneak past enemies, but your combat ability is limited in this stance because you can only do basic slash attacks. Combat stance is for those  who like to jump in and fight as you can do large combo attacks and combat jutsu which uses mana, but you cannot double jump like in speed stance. While both styles offer 2 types of play both stances allow you to wall slide, wall jump and throw kunai.

Ninjamurai really gives players a choice to kill everything that moves or go past everything with speed with its 2 stances.

Ninjamurai is already out in Europe as of June 8th and is scheduled for a North American release of July 5th and is only on the PSP.
