Fruit Ninja the Android, iPhone and iPad video game by Half Brick where you must use your finger to slice as many fruit as you can now has a new fruit to add to the mix. Today in a free update Half Brick revealed the pomegranate will be added into the game in a free dlc.

In the press release it states that “The Pomegranate is a multi-slice bullet time fruit, giving players the chance to add a huge amount of extra points at the end of every Arcade Mode game, and also at random intervals in Classic Mode. The Pomegranate was not added to Zen Mode – we like to keep things calm in that space.”

As stated earlier Fruit Ninja is available on Android phones, iPhone and the iPad.
