Activision announces Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
It was only a matter of when Activision would announce this year’s Call of Duty title, and so today Activision has revealed Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. To celebrate the announcement, Activision has also released a gameplay trailer.
From the trailer we can see the game will take place in the future with tons of neat gadgets available to players with hover bikes, exoskeletons and cloaking devices. However one of the big draws from the trailer is the appearance and grand speech by the actor Kevin Spacey (House of Cards) who seems to play the role of the leader of what could be a private military company (PMC) that might be called Atlas. According to a video released by Activision yesterday called “Call of Duty – Superpower For Hire” it seems that PMCs will be the big thing in this year’s Call of Duty title.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is to be released on November 4, 2014.
