Warhammer: Vermintide 2 sells 500,000 in its first week
Great news for Warhammer fans as Fatshark has announced that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has surpassed 500,000 units sold in its first week.
Apart from the sales figure Vermintide 2, which was released on March 8th, Fatshark also revealed that 204 million minutes were spent watching Vermintide 2 on Twitch and 50 billion enemies have been killed to date.
In a press release from Fatshark, Martin Wahlund, CEO Fatshark had the following comments regarding the number of copies sold, “We are proud and happy that gamers worldwide have taken Warhammer: Vermintide 2 to their hearts.” “500,000 games sold was a milestone that we had, but not less than a week after release.”
