Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered announced, coming to PS4 and Xbox One
Ubisoft has announced they will be bringing a remastered version of 2014’s Assassin’s Creed Rogue to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 20, 2018.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered, developed by Ubisoft Sofia, will see the original 2014 version get a visual upgrade with a higher resolution, improved environment rendering, visual effects and textures. According to Ubisoft’s official press release, Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered will run at 4K on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X and at 1080p on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue tells the unique story of Shay Patrick Cormac, a fearless young member of the Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, who undergoes a dark transformation from an Assassin to a grim and committed Templar who hunts down his former brothers. Players’ journeys will take them from beautiful New York City to the Wild River Valley and icy cold waters of the North Atlantic.
