Open beta for Steep: Road to the Olympics begins today
Get ready for the winter Olympics as Ubisoft’s Steep: Road to the Olympics has entered open beta on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The Steep: Road to the Olympics open beta, which runs from November 28th to December 4th, will feature five challenges from Steep: Road to the Olympics and free roam in a select area of the Japan map. Players will be able to compete in two Olympics events in the South Korea map, Downhill and Big Air, and overcome two snowboard and one-wingsuit challenges in the Japan map. Players will also be able to explore and free roam in a segment of the unique Japan map.
Steep: Road to the Olympics is an expansion to 2016’s open world winter sports game, Steep (this means you need Steep to play this upcoming expansion). Road to the Olympics, which will be available December 5th, is focused around the upcoming Winter Olympics in PyeongChang and as such many sports available in the game will be in the Olympics, this includes the likes of giant slalom and snowboard halfpipe. Finally, Steep: Road to the Olympics is an officially licensed product of the Winter Olympics.
