At the end of EA’s E3 2017 press conference, the publisher gave fans a taste of some Star Wars: Battlefront 2 multiplayer gameplay.

The multiplayer gameplay shown at the end of the conference was an assault mode game on Naboo with the Droid Army of the Separatists versus the Clone Army of the Republic. The live gameplay from the conference demonstrated the class system changes, how the battle point system, which replaced the coin pickups, operated and allowed people to control hero units, and ground and space vehicles.

As you can see from the above multiplayer gameplay trailer, the multiplayer still looks like it could be hit or miss, the addition of the prequel and new trilogies are welcome additions, but if the live game shown at the end of the EA conference is any indication of how matches will go, the multiplayer might get old fast.

Finally, during the conference, EA did state that all Battlefront 2 DLC will be completely free, which means no season pass or paid content.

Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will be available November 14, 2017, for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
