Call of Duty: WW2 to be revealed later today
Activision is set to bring Call of Duty back to World War 2, as they are set to reveal Call of Duty: WW2 (developed by Sledgehammer Games) at 6 pm tonight.
Previous to Call of Duty: WW2, there were three previous Call of Duty games set in World War 2, with Call of Duty, Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 3 all set in the European theatre of the Global War, the games also offered multiple allied viewpoints of the war. In 2008 Activision released Call of Duty: World at War (developed by Treyarch) after the previous Call of Duty titles moved to a more modern setting. World at War expanded the viewpoint of the war with the game focusing on the Pacific Theatre and Eastern Front.
