Blizzard Entertainment has released second animated short for their upcoming multiplayer shooter, Overwatch. This short focuses on Widowmaker and an assassination attempt.

The spot line in this new short is firmly on Widowmaker and Tracer. In the below short Widowmaker is attempting to kill a robotic piece activist who is the face of human/robotic equality movement.

While Widowmaker is the central figure in this short, Tracer does a lot of screen time as she attempts to stop Widowmaker. Tracer, of course, has been in the news a lot lately as Blizzard recently removed Tracer’s controversial over the shoulder pose.

Overwatch is due for release on May 24th, and will be available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. From May 3-4, there will be an Overwatch open beta available to those who pre-ordered the game, and then from May 5-9 there will be an all-access beta.
