The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has announced the nominations for the British Academy Games Awards 2016. A total of 44 games across 17 categories were selected.

Before listing all the nominations, the award show itself is due to take place on April 7th at Tobacco Dock, London, with the ceremony to be hosted by Dara O’Briain.

The Chinese Room’s Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture picked up the most nominations with ten, the second highest number of nominations fell to Sam Barlow’s Her Story and CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher 3, which both received seven nominations each.
