Treyarch has released a new Black Ops III video that sees the developers talk about how they conceived the game’s “deeper and richer narrative” campaign.

The above video shows Treyarch will be pushing the world building aspect of the game by consulting many advisors such as future technologists and experts on climate change, and used the knowledge they provided to help create the framework for the campaign and overall game world.

The developers also promise the game will have a lot of room for those who enjoy lore by including a codex that players can visit and learn why certain events are happening within the game world.

If everything goes as well as the developers seem to hope than Call of Duty: Black Ops III might have a surprisingly good campaign.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III will be available November 6th, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It must be noted that the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will not have a campaign mode.
