Ubisoft has announced that they will be officially announcing the next instalment of their Assassin’s Creed franchise on Tuesday, May 12th at 5PM Irish time.

While the official announcement is a few days away, some information has already slipped out. Last year, revealed that the game would be set in Victorian era (around 1830-1900) London, and that the game would be called Assassin’s Creed Victory. Although, it seems Ubisoft has decided Victory isn’t a good enough name and has officially named it Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate.

While some information has been revealed, it will be interesting to see what Ubisoft will do as the franchise is slowly beginning to reach the present day.
