Xbox One exclusive Ryse coming to PC this fall

Crytek’s Xbox One exclusive third person action game set in Ancient Rome, Ryse: Son of Rome is now coming to the PC. The announcement originally came via the game’s official twitter account and later confirmed by developer Crytek via press release.
While Microsoft Studios published the game on Xbox One, Microsoft will not be handling the publishing of the PC version. For the PC release, Crytek will collaborate with the co-publishing partner Deep Silver for the boxed version distribution to retail stores.
The PC version of Ryse: Son of Rome will include the original game and all downloadable content released on the Xbox One version of the title. According to the official press release, the PC version will also support 4K resolution a fact that Carl Jones, Director of Business Development at Crytek says will show what the Cryengine can really achieve.
Ryse: Son of Rome is not the first Xbox One launch exclusive to get a release on another platform as Capcom’s Xbox One exclusive Dead Rising 3 is coming to PC next month. With Dead Rising 3 and now Ryse: Son of Rome coming to the PC it makes you wonder will any other Xbox One exclusives follow these two to the PC.
