Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels makes its way to the Wii U this week
Get ready to jump back to the past as Nintendo are releasing former Japanese only NES game Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels on the Wii U via the Nintendo eShop on January 23rd.
Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels which will retail for €4.99/£3.49 is sequel to the smash hit platformer was never brought to the west in its original NES version. Now you can experience this rare classic in all its 8-bit glory on your Wii U! The Lost Levels expands on Super Mario Bros. with tough new level designs, trickier enemies, and new features like fierce winds that blow Mario away. It’s the ultimate challenge for any Mario fan. Are you up to the task? Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels is not the only game coming to the Nintendo eShop this week.
EnjoyUp Games’ Unepic will be released on the Wii U store for €9.99/£8.99, Bigben Interactive’s Bella Sara 2 – The Magic of Drasilmare will be released on the 3DS (physical and download) for €34.99/£29.99), and finally Tecmo Koei Game’s classic NES title Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom will be released on the 3DS for €3.99/£3.59. All these games will be released on January 23rd.
