Xbox E3 2013 press conference games round up

Microsoft has just finished their Xbox E3 press conference. Here is a round up off all the Xbox One exclusives and Xbox 360 exclusives.

Xbox One exclusives:

  • Ryse: Son of Rome from Crytek: Ryse has you play as a Roman soldier named Marius Titus as he seeks to avenge the death of his family and leads an army to save the Roman Empire.
  • Killer Instinct from Double Helix: After 20 years of waiting, Killer Instinct is back. Killer Instinct has a robust progression and rewards, dynamic challenges customized to player behaviour, and predictive matchmaking for seamless competitive fights.
  • Sunset Overdrive from Insomniac Games: Not long after leaving Sony and becoming a multi-platform developer, Insomniac has announced an exclusive game for the Xbox One, Sunset Overdrive. Sunset Overdrive is a colourful, always-changing, open-world shooter set in the not-so-distant future.
  • Forza 5 from Turn 10: It wouldn’t be a new generation without a new racing game, and Microsoft didn’t disappointment with Forza 5. Forza 5 will use the power of the cloud to make AI’s become more lifelike; as the cloud uploads your driving style to the cloud and has you race as an AI when you aren’t online.
  • Project Spark from Team Dakota: Project Spark is open-world creation game. The game allows you to create any world, story and game you want with simple to use build tools. Project Spark will be available on Xbox One, Windows 8 and Xbox 360.
  • Dead Rising 3 from Capcom Vancouver: Dead Rising returns as an Xbox One exclusive. In this new game you fight zombies in a massive open world environment with thousands of undead.
  • Halo Xbox One (working title) from 343 Industries: Not much has being revealed about this game, but Master Chief will be the playable character.
  • Titanfall from Respawn Entertainment: Titanfall is a science fiction focused multiplayer game from former Infinity Ward owners.

Minecraft: Xbox One Edition from 4J and Mojang, Black Tusk Studios TBA game, D4 from Access Games, Below from Capy Games, Crimson Dragon from Grounding/Land Ho, Kinect Sports Rivals from Rare, LocoCycle from Twisted Pixel, Powerstar Golf from Team Dakota, Zoo Tycoon (Xbox One and Xbox 360) from Frontier Developments and Quantum Break from Remedy.

Multiplatform titles on Xbox One:

Konami announced that Metal Gear Solid V: the Phantom Pain will be released on the Xbox One, for the announcement, Konami showed played an in-game video. Another announcement was that CD Projekt RED’s Witcher 3 will be released on Xbox One. The last multiplatform announcement is that DICE’s Battlefield 4 will be released on Xbox One. For people who didn’t watch it live, the Battlefield 4 demo had a few issues with the video not loading, but after a short delay the demo did load up.

Xbox 360 games:

Wargaming’s PC free to play world of Tanks will be heading to Xbox 360 as a console exclusive this summer. Press Play will be releasing Max the curse of brotherhood as an Xbox 360 exclusive.
