Bethesda announces Wolfenstein: The New Order
Bethesda Softworks has today announced, Wolfenstein: The New Order, an action adventure shooter. The game which is slated for a Q4 2013 release is being developed by MachineGames.
According to Gamespot, The New Order is set in 1960 after the Nazis won the Second World War In the game player take control of the American war hero B.J. Blazkowicz as he carries out his task of launching a counter-offensive against the Nazis.
According to Gamespot, “The game will be set in Europe, The New Order will have players infiltrating Nazi strongholds and battling legions of enemies, while taking control of “super weapons” that the Nazis have used to dominate earth–“and beyond,””
Bethesda also released an announcement trailer which can be seen above. In the trailer we get a glimpse of Nazis new Cylon looking machines.
Wolfenstein: The New Order will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and next generation consoles.
