Ace Combat Assault Horizon coming to PC next year

Namco Bandai has announced that the combat flight game Ace Combat Assault Horizon will be coming to PC in Q1 2013 and digital download versions for PS3 and Xbox 360.

The PC version will be called ‘Ace Combat Assault Horizon: Enhanced Edition’ and it will include immediate access to DLC aircraft, skins, skills and maps. The online multiplayer will be supported by Microsoft’s Games for Windows Live. Ace Combat Assault Horizon: Enhanced Edition will be available for purchase on Steam and other digital retailers for £23.99.

To go along with the PC announcement Namco Bandai has released ten screenshots for the PC version of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon.

Along with the announcement of the PC release, Namco Bandai has released a digital version on the PlayStation store the a digital version. A digital version of the game will be released for the Xbox 360 later this month.

The PlayStation 3 users will receive an exclusive digital download version called Ace Combat Assault Horizon: Advanced Edition. The Advanced Edition will include the original game along with Tokyo and Honolulu maps and additional aircraft including the ASF-X Shinden II, F-15S/MTD, Su-37 Terminator, AV-8B Harrier II plus, CFA-44 Nosferatu, and Ka-50 Hokum. Assault Horizon cost £15.99 or £23.99 if you wish to purchase the Advanced Edition.

Unlike the PS3 digital version, Xbox 360 users will not be receiving any special digital version of the game. The Xbox 360 digital version will be available December 18, 2012 for £15.99 on Xbox Live Games on Demand.

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is the latest instalment in the popular combat flight game which provides fast action orientated aerial combat in present and near future aircraft.
