Activision has today announced that Transformers Prime will be among the launch titles for the Nintendo Wii U. To go along with the announcement Activision has released seven screenshots for the game.

Transformers Prime is based off the currently running TV series which bares the same name as the game. Transformers Prime will see you play as various Autobots as you attempt to save earth from Megatron and his fellow Decepticons.

Activision will also be publishing other Wii U launch titles which include Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Skylanders Giants and 007 Legends.

Transformers Prime will also be available for the Wii, DS and Nintendo 3DS.
