Namco Bandai has released the PC version of Dark Souls called Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition for European and Australian players via Steam and Games for Windows Marketplace.

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will include some limited time exclusive content which includes new maps and environment, new boss characters, enemies and non-playable characters, an arsenal of new weapons and armour and more. Those who already own Dark Souls for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will receive this content on October 26th.
