Photography, DLC and classics coming to the Nintendo eShop this Thursday

Nintendo has announced its latest offerings for the Nintendo eShop. The new downloads include the classic Frogger for the Wii, Sparkle Snapshots 3D a photo editing software for the 3DS, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy DLC plus other great games.

Sparkle Snapshots 3D allows 3DS users to customise photos they have taken by allowing users to add frames, 3D objects, stamps and backgrounds to them. Sparkle Snapshots 3D will only be on the Nintendo 3DS and will cost €5/£4.50. Also Nintendo has announced 2 additional pieces of content users can download for Sparkle Snapshots 3D these new pieces of content are called Mario Core Set and Mario Kart 7 set and will cost €1/£0.90 each.

To celebrate the 30th year of the car dodging classic Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition will be released on the Wii Shop Channel. The new edition will come with new game modes including Tile Capture, Battle Royale, Freak Out and more. Frogger Arcade Edition will cost Wii users 1,000 points.

Can’t get enough of the rhythm based Final Fantasy game? Well Square Enix has you covered as they will be releasing 4 new downloadable songs for you to try out. The new songs are The Archylte Steppe (FF13), Matoya’s Cave (FF01), Battle 1 (FF03) and The Final Battle (FF05). The new DLC songs will cost €1/£0.90 each.

There will also be two new games coming to the eShop called 99 Seconds and Topoloco – crazy about topography.

99 Seconds is developed by EnjoyUp Games and is a follow up to game 99 Bullets. In the game you control V-99 through the strange and foreboding Bit 8 zone. V-99 can now modify time, by slowing it down, stopping it and even going back in time. He’ll need all of these abilities in the battle against the destructive Black Vectors.99 Seconds will be available for both the DS and 3DS for €2/£1.80/200 points.

Topoloco – crazy about topography is developed by Abstraction Games and will see you complete various mini-games which will help you learn about the world. Topoloco – crazy about topography will be available for both the DS and 3DS for €5/£4.50/500 points.

All downloadable content mentioned above will not be available for download until Thursday (12 June).
