Innova has officially announced that the first content update for the European version of Lineage II Goddess of Destruction will be arriving this summer. The update will be called Tauti, the second chapter and it promises to bring many improvements to the mmo.

Tauti will see a brand new Festival of Chaos zone for high-level players which will offer a last man standing player versus player event, a new feature for clans will be added which will include bonus-granting flags and pets. Clan leaders will be able to align their clans with either the forces of light or darkness, your choice affects the atmosphere of the castle, and brings unique privileges to the clan. Tauti will include an overhauled weapons attribute system which will allow players to incorporate both PVE and PVP attributes to their weapons of choice. Finally new siege, class-related quests, talismans, skull changes and more will appear in the Tauti update.

“With Tauti, Goddess Of Destruction — already the biggest update in the history of Lineage II — gets even bigger and better, and we can’t wait for our players to experience it,” said Marat Steblev, PR Director at Innova. “We will reveal further details in the coming months, but we can already say that with Tauti, leveling up in Lineage II has never been so easy, especially for new players.”
