Last month we reported Team Bondi was put into administration now the games company has officially shutdown.

Team Bondi were best known for L.A. Noire which was praised by critics and gamers a like, but the company did criticising of their own against Rockstar in an email that leaked which began this route to the closure we see now.

The shutdown was done at the request of unpaid creditors to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
Liquidators have been appointed to sell off company assets to pay debts.
