On September 20, 2011 by Aaron Meehan

Epic Games free to purchase development kit has at last added support for Apple’s Macintosh operating system with the September 2011 beta release.

With the UDK now on a Mac it is hopeful that more Mac games will appear in the new feature.
For those who don’t know what the UDK is, it is a free version of the Unreal Engine 3 which is used to make numerous game including those of the Mass Effect series, Gear of War series, Batman Arkham Asylum and more.
