The latest Lord of the Rings game “The Lord of the Rings: War in the North” now has a launch window in the UK. You will be able to get both the standard edition and collectors edition this November 2011. No actual date has being given yet but hopefully it will not be to far into November with Skyrim and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and many others launching that month too.

The collector’s edition features some nice items which are (only these have being confirmed).

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North sees players journey to the the Northern Lands of middle Earth which have not being shown in any of the movies. The game will take place in parallel to the well known Ring Bearer’s quest. The Lord of the Rings: War in the North will feature an up to 3 player co-op system which sees you try to balance the strengths and weaknesses of all races that journey with you.

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is developed by Snowblind studios and published by Warner Brothers and will be available on PC,Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
