Call of Duty XP tickets go on sale today

On July 19, 2011 by Aaron Meehan

Activision will be finally allowing people to purchase tickets today for their new convention called Call of Duty XP which is all about Call of Duty. While you can purchase them today the convention is still a long way away, but promises some great stuff for Call of Duty fans.
Call of Duty fans who purchase tickets will be treated to a great Call of Duty experience which will see people be able to play paintball matches in a life sized replica of the Modern Warfare 2 map Scrapyard. But if paintball isn’t your thing then how about this Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer will be fully revealed at the event and look at a fully functional Call of Duty Elite. There will also be tournaments, a museum, burger town and more.

Now how much will it cost since the tickets go on sale today you are probably asking. Well the tickets are $150 a person which sees you access to the 2 day even (limited to 2 per purchase) and all proceeds will go to the Call of Duty Endowment which is to help veterans find employment. Also to attend you need to 18 or over (sorry little kids screaming down Xbox Live you can’t go).

Tickets will be available for purchase at http://www.callofduty.com/xp/tickets today at 10AM PDT or 5PM GMT.

Call of Duty XP will take place from September 2-3 in Los Angeles
