Yesterday saw the announcement of what days the BlizzCon tickets can be bought and the price for them.

BlizzCon tickets will go on sale in 2 batches which will be May 21st and May 25th and will be purchasable via the BlizzCon website. There will also be 3 different types of tickets available.

1. The standard BlizzCon ticket.
2. Tickets to a benefit dinner for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (tickets go on sale May 28th and are limited to 200 tickets).
3. Tickets to watch the event online.

The prices for the tickets are as followed:

1. Standard BlizzCon tickets are $175 which is a $25 increase over lasts years price and the third consecutive year of the price for these tickets increasing.
2. The tickets for the benefit dinner will cost you $500 with all money going to Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
3. Finally the online tickets will cost you $39.99 and will once again be streamed by DirectTV.

Those who purchase tickets will receive an ingame items for World of Warcraft and Starcraft 2 (these items will be revealed closer to the start of BlizzCon).

BlizzCon will take place from October 21st to 22nd in the Anaheim Convention center in Anaheim California.

Also remember tickets for BlizzCon usually sell out in less than a few minutes so if you want those tickets you better be quick.
