As we mentioned here last week there was to be an oral argument in the CME/CMG/DCG/FS etc. court case.

Here are some highlights:

The change consists of Edward Burr and Sierra Consulting Group no longer being receiver for CME/CMG. He has being replace by Morris C. Aaron and MCA Financial Group.

It would be noted that Gary Whiting was against the change in receiver and settlement agreement.

Timothy Jenson rejected the Settlement agreement under the grounds that it would jeopardize priority of the unpaid payroll taxes.

CME/CMG settlement Agreement is Granted.

The return of assets to the receiver.
