Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has announced that the company will announce a new IP at next month’s Gamescom in Cologne, Germany.

The short announcement came in a press release that revealed Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe’s line-up for Gamescom 2016. The line-up in question is that of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, and Tekken 7. The information about a new IP was given in a short sentence, which said, “Moreover, a new IP published by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe for a western audience will be revealed at GAMESCOM 2016.”

Additionally, Hervé Hoerdt, Vice President of IP Strategy, Marketing & PR at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe stated, “Lastly, we will reveal a brand new project and we are very excited!”

SG Gaming Info will be at Gamescom this year, and as such, we should gain more information on Bandai Namco Entertainment’s new IP. Gamescom 2016 takes place in Cologne, Germany, and runs from August 18th to 21st.
