Bigpoint has launched a new content update for their free to play mmo Battlestar Galactica Online. The new update features a new Battlespace sector, advanced flight controls and a new public test server.

The new Battlespace sector will be available for those who are level 9 and below, it hoped that the Battlespace sector will get new players used to the instanced PVP world. Players are able to join the new Battlespace sector by clicking the “Take me to Battlespace” button on their HUD. Below are three screenshots of the new Battlespace.

One of the most requested features for BSGO is more advanced flight controls and due to popular demand Bigpoint has added this to the game. With the new advanced flight controls players will notice better manoeuvring and speed control in the game.

Finally Bigpoint has added a new public test server called Troy. This test server will allow players to test out upcoming changes to the game before they are released.
