Sony offer PS+ extension as apology for PSN downtime
Yesterday, Sony announced they are offering five day PlayStation Plus extensions and discounts to all its users after PSN went off line due to DDOS attack during the Christmas period.
Several services including PSN and SOE suffer DDOS attacks
A group known as Lizard Squad has stated, via twitter, that they have performed DDOS attacks on the Sony's PlayStation Network, Sony Online Entertainment, Blizzard's Hearthstone, Riot Games' League of Legends and Grinding Gear Games' Path of Exile.
Tales of Xillia Discovery Edition now available on PlayStation Network
